To help seniors in a time of need.
A time in a seniors life where they are forced to make living quarter decisions due to a physical limitation.
When a senior has to decide if their current living quarters can be renovated to be more maneuver friendly so that they can STAY or decide to move to such a facility or residence.
We have great Floor plans for Safe Senior Housing with 2 homesites available in Monroe NC

Any residence can be renovated and modified into a “Senior Accessible” space.
Answers to financial questions will determine if the current space is feasible.
Everyone’s personal situation is uniquely different; with the financial ability to afford the renovations and modifications or NOT.

We can Help Seniors with Safe Senior Housing

Schedule a meeting with the senior(s) in need and invite their available family members and anyone else they would like to attend.
We explain the details of the program, starting with their specific physical limitations and needs to allow ease of movement in their current residence.
We assess the fair market value of their home and the estimated costs of the renovations.
Agree upon a purchase price of the home and create a contract for RAL and Family to purchase it. As long as the senior is physically and mentally able, we draw up a lease for them to stay in the residence.
The lease payment will be determined by the purchase price of the home; added to the renovation costs and rolled into a 15 year mortgage + 7%.
The 7% is RAL and Family profit. God wants 10%, we only want 7%.
